At Hat Country, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your hats or apparel in the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all original tags are attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
